I've been in a weird funk for the last 2 days. I realize my lowest mood is in November time, every year for as long as I can remember.

What shall I call this. Spring Funk? Maybe I need to get more active. I think I'll make an effort to work out every morning. I should just have gym clothes at my boyfriends and just run, every morning on the boardwalk. It's so hard to get out of this funk.

Here are my spring goals:
run 4 times a week in the morning
do sit ups, push ups, planks and ball exercises 3 days a week
