April 6, 2019 (Sat) - Spring Egg Hunt at Adams Recreation Center from 10AM - Noon. Free event and festival i
ncludes egg hunt, prizes, games, crafts, opportunity giveaway and more. Bring your own basket. April 6, 2019 (Sat) - Spring Egg Hunt by Santa Clara Recreation Center in Mission Bay from 11AM - 2PM. Free event. Children should bring their baskset for the egg hunt. Times of egg hunts by age: 11:30AM for ages 0 -2 years old | 12PM for ages 3 - 5 years old | 12:30PM for ages 6 - 8 years old and 1PM for ages 9 - 12 years old. Free event with egg hunts , a 'wheels' parade, DJ, air jump and special visit from Petter Cottontail. Wheels Parade includes anything on wheels: bikes, skates, scooters, skateboards, strollers, wagons and wheelchairs. No motorized wheels, unless ADA compliant. April 13-14, 20-21 (Weekends) - Spring Eggstravaganza at Birch Aquarium from 11AM - 3Pm. Explore animal eggs, create a shark egg craft and participate in an "underwater egg hunt" - no basket needed. April 13 - 14 & April 20, 2019 - Bunny Train at the Pacific Southwest Railway Museum! Visit the Easter Bunny, go on an Easter egg hunt, and enjoy arts and crafts in the Display Building. Select train times and days from their website: https://www.psrm.org/bunny-train/. Train ride prices start at $5 for babies and toddlers under 3 as a lap child. The celebration kicks off with a train ride.  The Easter Bunny will board the train at the Campo Depot and visit with all of the passengers on the train before it travels through San Diego’s beautiful east-county mountains.  After enjoying the 45-minute journey, the train stops at the Museum’s Display Building where more fun awaits.  Two Easter egg hunting areas will be open for the children.  One is geared towards our smallest travelers with eggs in plain sight; the other takes up the entire Display Building with eggs carefully hidden by the Easter Bunny.  The children may turn in the plastic eggs they find to Museum volunteers for sweets and other prizes.  The best part – entrance into the Display Building and both Easter egg hunts is included in the price of your train tickets! April 20, 2019 (Sat) - Spring Egg Hunt at Kearny Mesa Recreation Center from 9AM - 11AM. Free event for ages 3 - 8 yearsold. This is a fun event for children 3 to 8 years old. Children need to bring a basket to collect eggs and candy. Hunts will be run throughout the morning, for the different age groups: 9:30AM for 3 years old | 9:45AM for 4 years old | 10AM for 5 years old | 10:15AM for 6 years old | 10:30AM for 7 years old and 10:45AM for 8 years old. April 20, 2019 (Sat) - Spring egg hunt at the La Jolla Recreation Center at 9:30AM for ages  0 - 12 years old. Meet & Greet with Peter Rabbit at 9:30AM. Egg hunt schedule by age. Their website says it's $5 per child and then the flyer says it's $10 so just be prepared for the fees. Egg hunt starts from 10:30AM and ends at 12:30PM throughout all of Grossmont Center. Easter bags available at Guest Services or bring your own basket. April 20, 2019 (Sat) - Spring Party with Bunny 2019 from 10AM - 1PM. Visit with our big, gentle bunny, real bunnies and small animals, as well as spring crafts and more await children ages 2 - 6 at our annual Spring Party with Bunny. At 12:30PM, our ever-popular parade through the Garden occurs, along with a stuffed bunny hunt - with each child receiving one to take home. Cost: Limited number of passes for $15 per child will be sold on the day of the event on a first-come, first-served basis. Accompanying adults, free with paid admission or membership.
