Some things will never change about me as an under 30 professional

I'm 28 years old now. Sometimes I think I should upgrade myself like dress more like a lady, act more my age or talk more eloquently.
I'm not sure if it'll be in the near future when those changes take place but here are some habits I have that I really like to not change:
1. Carrying my work lap top in my back pack. Yes, I bring a back pack to work every day. It probably makes me look more like a student than a professional but it makes more sense to me because I like to keep everything: note, binders, pens, laptop in one bag.
2. Wearing tennis shoes to work half the time. Don't get me wrong. I dress up when I have meetings with clients or if I know we have visitors coming into the office but for every normal work day, I like to wear my tennis shoes around the office. Again, I may not look as professional with these However, people still call me an "SEO guru", "online professional", "marketing professional", "account manager", etc. etc. Whatever you call me, I still like to wear tennis shoes.
3. Wear t-shirts to work. I guess this goes with my tennis shoes al fit. I know, I like to dress really casual. I guess I'm lucky that my work allows this. However, other ladies my age are usually dressier with their pretty boots, dresses and accessories. Maybe one day I'll make enough money to feel like I spend that much on every day clothes.
4. Crying like a kid. I'm not the prettiest cryer and I hate that I cry so easily. Growing up, I was known as the 'cry baby'. Well, unluckily, this really never goes away. When things hurt, they hurt a lot for me so I cry. I can't help it! I want to stop it so badly because I view it as a negative trait for work; like a sign of weakness. I've probably cried a total of 4 times in my 5.5 professional work years. That's not too bad, right? That's an average of less than once a year. However, there may be other ladies who has never cried at work. Lucky them.
5. Lastly, using an OG Macbook and an OG iphone. (OG= original or 'original gangsta') I have the original black macbook for work. You know it's old because they don't make these in black anymore. People at work ask me why I don't ask for a new one. I don't want a new one. I like this one just fine. It has history. It has character. Same thing with my iphone 2G. LOL. Yes, the latest version is a 4s and I still have a 2G. I'm fine with that. Mine has a silver back. They don't make those with a silver back anymore. I'm very OG.
